Another Silent INTERACTIVE_MUSIC.rpf is a mod for Grand Theft Auto V that adds the option to load all of the audio files from a certain file. It will not fix the bug that causes the infinite loading screen, but with this, it is possible to load the audio files in OpenIV without crashing it.
Another thing that is affected by this mod is the music that is played when flying a helicopter. It will mute the music when flying a helicopter and on certain missions.
This is very easy to install. Just drag and drop the mods folder into your Grand Theft Auto V folder.
